Our dentist always puts an anaesthetic pad on the gum before the injection, Lyn. It makes a big difference, doesn't it

Hi all

Before RA I was able to put upwith high levels of pain , however I now dread having my blood test done as it can bring tears to my eyes, my regular nurse is aware of my hightened sensitivity and is always as gentle as possible, but it still hurts..

Love
Ray

I have the same problem, Ray. Blood tests are a horrific experience. Mind you, it doesn't help when most of the veins have shut down and they often have to have 5 or 6 goes before the bingo moment!
